does anybody have any tips?

does anybody have any tips I weight 142 and I want to get down to at least 120 but would love to get to 115 yet I don't have much time to workouts to school. I also eat healthy and only drink water and sometimes black coffee I eat healthy foods with lots of protein and fats I try to stay away from carbs(yet it is tough). I also want to loose this as fast as possible. Two days ago I started doing one meal a day though also I have started Keto diet. Today I only ate 150 something calories.
