I wanted to share.

I lost another 6lbs this week! Which means I've lost 16 lbs in the 9 weeks that I've been tracking food on keto lifestyle. I exercise 3 times a week- swimming mostly but one of those days is the elliptical. I am currently 9 lbs away from my first goal! And I'm so thrilled. It's been tough, but I'm not done yet.
