feeling poopy

I've lost 31 lbs so far this past month thanks to keto and fasting. I'm now under 200 lbs, and I've been feeling better than ever.. then there was the aunts bbq. I lost sight of the ultimate goal, that for the past week and some change, I've converted back to carbs- breads, sweets, the works I've been feeling more lethargic, energy levels are much lower, and sleep quality as worsen. As well as my tum is becoming bloated again. I keep telling myself "I'll start again tomorrow", but we all know how well that works. I've still got just under 40 lbs more before I reach my goal weight, and I know I got this, I HAVE to have this and WANT this.
