Thursday Daily Goals

Greetings and salutations!

Everyone is welcome to post your goals for the day here with us!

    • Hi Joanna, I've been up all night. Nerves and anxiety over my pending move and putting my house on the market. More than anything else, I am feeding my body real foods because I know that this is not the time to fall into old eating habits. Probably my only success today but hey it something.

      Patty, I can only imagine the stress right now. No sleep on top of that is probably going to make today rough. I hope you can squeeze in a nap! Also, I bet your house will sell in no time. People are going to like all you did to waterproof your basement.

    • I'm going to try to repeat yesterday. Also, it's going to be a hot one. I have a late meeting but should be able to bike to beach after work. ☺️

    • good morning all.

      felt funny last night, not very hungry. I think it was the sudden heat and humidity. wound up eating some jerky, a chocolate protein shake, and a slice of whole grain with peanut butter. better than nothing or ice cream.

      I'm finally feeling some sorness on my lower traps/lats, so I'm finally activating correctly and consistently, and being challenged over time not just on a particular day. I really like this program.

      today might be pretty stressful at work cry but hopefully things move forward with this project. I feel like I'm going over the same 5 things over and over again (because I am). hopefully not too late a day... if I come out on time I will do cardio. if not, I'll save it for saturday and sunday.

      otherwise:

      1) to the office. bring an umbrella. it will rain on the way back.

      2) water

      3) stick to meals at work, try to avoid snacks. if I snack, make it the cashews on my desk.

      4) try to be nice. try really hard. make a nice impression. even if they're morons smile

      ok. time to get dressed. have a good day folks!

    • Patty. I'm sorry youve got such stress at the moment... but feeding yourself well on the face of stress is a fantastic accomplishment to be proud of. heart

      I got to work and realized that I had left my computer at home...
      So, I'm working from home today.
      I've been running around too much lately...

      Not really sure about today besides work. May be having an early dinner with my boyfriends family. If not I'll be going on a run.

      Goals:
      1. Eat well
      2. Bed early
      3. Drink water
      4. Remember that tomorrow is Friday! Yay!

    • I had another pretty good day. Being busy at work helps!

      Went for a walk on the beach then a dip in the ocean. It's so warm! It was beautiful. Also, the lowest cloud? I've never seen one like it before. It was really long but I could see both ends. It was cool. Made me think of a mushroom umbrella. ☺️
