Today Is The First Day Of My Challenge and I'm Excited!!! if anyone else wants to join you can. During this challenge we'll learn how to make better choices and replace bad habits with good habits for a healthier lifestyle the rules are

2. No processed sweets or added sweeteners
3. Find healthier sweet options to curb your sweet tooth
