Fed up

I'm sick of just laying/sitting around all day, today was a bad day for the hernia, causing lots of stomach pain every time I stood up so I spent the day laying on my couch, I can't take it anymore. I still have about a month to wait so I decided to start working out again. While sitting and the hernia compressed I started using my exercise bands doing just upper body, light slow movements concentrating on my breathing and keeping any pressure very minimal to almost none. I can't just sit here anymore, it's causing a very unhealthy mindset.
