sync with iPhone health app?

Is anybody having trouble syncing? I can't seem to figure this out.

      To sync MyPlate with your mobile device's health app, be sure to tap the button on the MyPlate app's home screen that asks you to connect with either Google Fit or Apple Health. If you do not see this on your home page, log out and log back into the app.
