Cold Weather Caution

As it gets a bit cooler day by day, does your training change with the seasons?

Depending on where you are, this could be your favorite time to run outside or dread it as the snow and ice push you inside. Regardless of your preference for heat or cold, a drop in temperature doesn't have to force you indoors till spring but it is important to prepare for the challenges that winter may present.
