10 lbs in 2 months

I downloaded this app two months ago and I'm back to my pre-pandemic weight! I want to keep going for a few more months to see if I can get to between 130 and 135 before I slowly build to maintaining. The pain in my hip has already gotten much better. I'm walking every day and I just started a really gentle daily exercise program. I'm sure I'll gain a couple pounds from holiday meals but overall I'm very happy with the progress I've made and my lifestyle changes.
