A new win

Today I watched a TV show with a lot of smoking going on. I hadn't seen anybody smoking up close in such a long time that I struggled to imagine the feeling and the automatism of the movements - something that previously often had me craving or feeling nostalgic.

It's Day 232 and it feels like an important one.
I'm thankful that the memory of smoking continues to move further away and for this reminder of my progress.

Yes I hear that. The good thing for me is when I'm in a place with a lot of people smoking it smells really bad

The automatism of the movements. That's a really astute way to put that!! I relate.

Congratulations! It's great that you are progressing and staying so strong. To be able to see it and not feel up pang of nostalgia is such a good sign.
