Actually, a well balanced diet is better for the body. Fat intake has nothing to do with seeing abs and the fat on your body. Fatty foods like avocado, eggs, nuts etc. are great foods to include in your diet and you should not restrict foods with high fat content in hopes of getting abs. Unfortunately, abs are seen from lower body fat percentages, and many people reach to obtain that through calorie deficits and lots of hard work. Just remember that fat intake and body fat aren't directly connected. Body fat is connected to caloric surplus! Just wanted to let you know.

You do not need to keep your fat intake low to reveal abs. The post Casa bumped (written by me!) has an excellent article in it that explains about abs.
