If I weigh 120 lbs and 5 ft 1 inch tall, what is my required calorie intake being physically active?

      Hi there!

      When you setup your account, the app will ask you these questions to determine your calorie goal.

      You can adjust your calorie goal by following the steps below:


      1. Tap the person icon in the upper left corner of the app's home screen.
      2. Tap your profile picture.
      3. From this screen, you can change your Weight Goal and Activity Level as needed, and your Calorie Goal will change automatically.
      4. Or create your own goal by tapping "Calorie & Macronutrient Goals", and then "Calorie Goal".
      5. Toggle the button next to Automatic to the off position, then enter the goal you want.


      1. Tap on the three bars at the top left.
      2. Choose "Goals" and then "Daily Calories".
      3. From this screen, you can change your activity level and personal information as needed. This will cause your Calorie Goal to change automatically.
      4. Click on your current goal box to select your new Weekly Target.
      5. To create your own calorie goal, click your current goal box and then scroll down on the next page until you see the Custom option.
      6. Enter your manual goal on the next page.


      1. Hover over your profile avatar in the left corner of your screen.
      2. Select "Settings" from the drop down menu.
      3. Select "MyPlate Setting" on the following screen.
      4. On the next page, you'll see the Calorie Calculator.
      5. Here, you can either update your goal, or set a manual goal by clicking "Enter your own calorie goal".
