Good morning!

Right after I finish my tea, it's HIIT for me and then a nice walk. It looks dreary here, too, but no rain yet...

It's all good, as long as I can keep my feet dry. I like the rain; it's snow's warmer cousin.

We've got the rain here, too (but what else is new? lol)
I will be doing some bike cardio today!

hi friends, long couple days. My cousin passed away last night from a year battle with cancer and my heart hurts. Yesterday was my active recovery day but today maybe too. Just feeling a need to rest since I didn't sleep well at all.

it's a beautiful sunny warm day here!

I will work on upper body this evening.

It's Thursday I got out to bike today yay! Got it before the rain get it done! Almost Friday now!

thanks friends. She has younger children (8 and 11) and I think I'm more hurt for them bc honestly the last year she has suffered and to know she is no longer in pain is relief but my heart hurts for her children and immediate family. Cancer sucks.
