ugh I am getting married in 5 months and need to get rid of the 20+ pounds I've gained due to this pandemic.I do an hour a day on the elliptical at the gym, spend an hour a day taking care of horses cleaning stalls etc, i total 28000 steps a day and have cut all white starchy foods and veggies and still not losing.. I'm 47 5'6" and 190 pounds.. knee injuries don't allow me to run anymore so struggling to burn enough calories to drop pounds

      I'm so sorry you're struggling but WOW you are active! AND Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials heart

      How many calories are you eating each day? It sounds strange, but you may not be eating enough to fuel your body with all you're doing.... We have to feed our metabolism for it to burn bright (like gas for a car).

      You may need to talk to your doctor - there may be a hormonal or chemical imbalance issue causing your stall (again - especially with how active you are). Keep pushing for answers and focusing on your health! heart
