Reduce waist without loosing weight!

Hello All:

Can someone please help me? I am 54, 70 inches, 160 lbs, body fat 14%, BMI 23, waist 36 at umbilicus, chest 38, lacto vegetarian, overall fit, live active life style, cardio for 30 minutes 6 days per week, low weight high reps weights 3-4 times per week, each time 45 minutes.

Challenge is not getting enough protein, get about 70 grams instead of 190grams, carbs and fats are not over the recommended grams , tend to eat clean.

WHAT CHANGES ARE NECESSARY TO REDUCE WAIST FROM 36 to 32? I WANT TO MAINTAIN CURRENT WEIGHT AND WOULD NOT MIND IF I CAN GAIN MORE MUSCLE WEIGHT.
