Easy salad prep for multiple meals

I make a large salad minus any lettuce which would wilt. It stays fresh for at least 3 days. I have a salad each day and add different protiens to switch it up. today I used sliced ham. I've been foregoing the cheese shreds because of the high calories. You could add tuna, smoked salmon, chicken, the list goes on. I make my own dressing with a dash of balsamic vinegar & lemon flavored almond oil. Sometimes I will use a little Brianna's honey mustard dressing.
