Restarting my journey

hey all,

I noticed it was time for a change when I started to feel extra sluggish and have been eating so much take-out that I FINALLY said "enough". I am 1 month postpartum and ready to start my change now. I have a general idea on what I need to work out and what my target areas are. My main concern is, I'm not a big fan of veggies..especially mushrooms. Any pointers you guys may have to ease my way into eating more vegetables and where I can get some awesome recipes? Greatly appreciated ??
