Name: phanch phoran chicken
Cook time approx 20 minutes
Makes 3/4 servings
Phanch phoran mixed spice
(1 tbsp of nigella seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, and a tsp of fenugreek seeds)
1tbsp of curry powder (hot unless you're a wuss)
Black pepper
400g of chicken breast
Cashew nuts
Green beans
Cream/Greek yogurt (if you're a true bro)
Stock cube

Step 1: dice onions and green beans
Step 2: preheat a large pan (woks work better), with either fry light or olive oil
Step 2b: dice the chicken and place in the pan
Step 3:, as the chicken starts to turn white add the veg and allow to sizzle on med-high heat
Step 4: add the phanch phoran spice and stir through the mixture
Step 5: crumble cashews over the wok with your manly hands
Step 6: when the chicken is thoroughly cooked, add 150ml of boiling water to the dish along with the stock cube and curry powder
Step 7: add the Greek yogurt, approx 200g and throroughly stir through
Step 8 add black pepper to taste and allow to simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes

Serve with brown rice, cause we all about the complex carbs
