I've been having a great couple of weeks of gains and cardio gains and randomly hurt my foot on a longer run.

The outside lateral line and one spot under my foot hurt when I walk. Is that a stress fracture?! So frustrating cause other wise I'm feeling great!

Injuries are so annoying.

    • If it lasts longer than 4 weeks probably

    • You will never know without seeing a doctor. Fractures, overuse injuries, sprains and strains all manifest with very similar symptoms and often receive similar treatment. You can't just take the fact it has lasted 4wks to indicate a fracture as has been mentioned. I had an overuse injury that lasted about 3mths and it wasn't fractured … just a body part that I struggled to let rest so it never really healed!
