Overcoming Weight Loss Plateaus

They happen to us all - plateaus.

You think you're doing everything you need to do, sticking to your goals, and for some reason, the scale stalls.... SO frustrating, I know.

BUT there are some things you can do to get that weight loss moving again! For me, the most effective strategies have been:
1. Change my workout - I do a different kind of workout (i.e. instead of biking, go for a walk/ run), change the time of day, frequency, duration, and/ or intensity.
2. Adjust calories a little - even a 200 calorie change per day (making sure you don't drop too low and are providing your body enough nutrition for your activity levels) can make a huge difference (and you do have to drop calories as you lose along the way).
