I just found out I have to go completely sugar free, no honey or sugar substitute or juice, dairy free, and no white or corn flour.l, and no animal fats liken butter or margarine. My biggest thing is prob dairy. I use dairy a lot when I cook. I make all homemade meals as I have to stay low sodium and no MSG, with that being said I use a lot of creams and cheeses and butter to make dishes really tasty. Any help on meal ideas for a big family would be appreciated. The doctor I see was not very helpful and I just feel overwhelmed. Thank you in advance
