Finding the right workout for YOUR body (because we're all unique) is vital to a healthy body and life!

So how do you determine what's best for your body?
Some of it is trial and error - being willing to try new things is SUPER helpful on this journey (from food to exercise to social habits, etc). Listening to your body and being consistent to see actual results (our bodies take time to respond to new eating or exercise habits, always give any changes at least 2-3 weeks to see the real results wink ) are the foundations of changing our health habits and routines.
