Stubborn Scale+Body Composition

I've been tracking calories (correctly yes) eating healthier drinking plenty of water and exercising every day with built in breaks.

I feel more energetic and find it easier to keep up on housework and I doubled how many pushups I can do and the length I can hold a plank for!

However yet have I not lost weight I've actually gained a small amount. This could be a deterrent for many people

BUT I also measure myself and I've lost an inch or two almost everywhere and I can see a difference in how my face and body look (and how I feel)

It sucks that the scale seems so stubborn but I know I'm doing it right and getting stronger.
