about how long?

Hi, I currently weigh 163.5 and I want to get down to atleast 150. My daily workout routine is: Go for a 1 mile walk, Abs HIIT workout, and leg workout. I also eat less than 2000 calories a day. Although I sometimes workout longer if I feel like it. How long would it take for me to get down to 150, and what could I change to make it go faster?

    • so I'm not an expert at all, I have no idea how long it will take BUT if you stick to your plan, stay consistent and strong I'm sure it will get you places.
      adding fruits and veggies to your meals can also help.
      another healthy habit that I'm trying to stick to as well is drinking one cup of lemon water every morning before anything.
      it has so many health benefits you can look them up on YouTube.
      you squeeze a lemon into a cup until you have about a third of an inch or something and then you fill the rest with water.

    • Rearrange your exercise and consume most of your calories for breakfast. Do heavy weight first. Then HIIT then grab lunch to replenish, then a walk after dinner. Good quality sleep
