Today, I I had cravings…but not like I used too. I got my special monthly friend, and I'm starting to crave the sweets I would normally indulge in. Tonight I had 3 big strawberries, and I've never appreciated the taste so much in my life. When the craving stuck around for a few hours longer, I allowed myself a camera chocolate rice cake. My craving is satisfied, and I have no guilt for going off track. Feeling good !
