Some of my go-to snacks are skyr yogurt (15g protein, 130 cal, low sugar)), smart pop (100 cal), and cut up melon (around 30 cal for 100g). If I'm extra hungry and want something sweeter I'll have a Barbell (200 cal, 20g protein, low sugar)or Powercrunch protein bar (like a wafer cookie, 14g protein, 220 cal, low sugar).

I like crispy roasted chic peas. You can spice them up savory or sweet. I like mine with cinnamon and sugar.

I use cucumbers as crackers for tuna salad, chicken salad, or egg salad. Tomatoes with fresh basil and mozzarella are great. Veggie fries or chips are great. My favorite are zucchini and carrot. Spring rolls are great and very versatile. They can be loaded up with just about anything. I like doing bananas with cinnamon, double wrapping them, and crisping them up in the pan. Otherwise, I fill them with thinly sliced veggies and a protein. You can top rice cakes with fruit and cream cheese. You can make fruit leather for just a few bucks. My boys like mixed berry and apple cinnamon the most.
