Yes it is. In the short run it might help you lose weight but in the long run it will make your metabolism slower and make it easier to gain weight again. I would definitely look up some articles about this so you can educate yourself further

every morning i have healthy breakfast. lunch and dinner varies ive started putting in a meal skake and sugar free snacks "beating type2 diabetes " breakfast 300 lunch 3 to 400 as well as supper .
