need advice

So I have really bad eating habits and it's been like this my whole life and over the past year I've lost a lot of weight and I probably haven't eaten an actual meal in months I need to know where to start or even how to start , I'm going to the store Saturday to try and start my food journey I don't know what foods I should get I weigh about 103 pounds and I am 5 foot eight and I realize since I've been restricting my metabolism has slowed now I don't necessarily want to gain a lot of weight but I want to start eating healthy and I do work out daily already if anyone knows where I should start it would be very appreciated (also i have a huge problem with binging cheezit occasionally which is done maybe once every week or every other week)
