1 Month and 1/2 Update:
Feels good to take nice deep breaths. Feels refreshing not being a prisoner to a pack of cigarettes anymore. Feels relieving to go to bed at night with a little more peace of mind that I'm no longer putting 7000+ toxic chemicals into my body as I done as a smoker. Only thing I'm going through currently is my thyroid is out of balance lately and it's been a bit of a challenge to feel physically and mentally good. I been super fatigued lately. So I am doing my best to try and be patient with myself and wait for my medication to do it's work. That's the current update with me. But I'm hanging in here.

Thank you everybody. I keep telling myself this too shall pass. As often as the foolish romanizing the drug thought comes to mind, I also keep trying to tell myself "look, we been down this road before and it didn't accomplish anything but cause more stress, more toxins, they tasted horrible, you smelled disgusting. Don't entertain the fantasy!" Then I will find something to distract my mind. I keep telling myself "I don't miss it, it's just the addiction thing to make me think I do."
