I had the same problem. Started using protein drinks or powder to make smoothies once a day. If you don't like the taste add fruit or good yogurt or both with some ice. Protein drink from SAMS Club has 30 grams of protein

My dietician suggested sneaking in protein everywhere I can.
For instance, substitute rice for quinoa, snack on edamame beans, hide chickpeas in your salad (or make them into a salad!) pop some dried mushrooms into your soups and stews.
When I meal plan I choose my protein first and then use up my remaining calories. Good luck! -

I would find a good plant based protein. Mix with some unsweetened soy milk, almond milk, oat milk or coconut milk. Then add some fruit and or veggie. Soy milk has more protein.

Oikos yogurt
Hummus w/ veggies (protein and fiber)
ISO 100 vanilla protein powder with instant coffee makes a great drink in the summer if you enjoy cold coffee flavored drinks
Tuna
Eggs
Lunch meat (wrap the meat around sliced veggies like carrots or sliced bell peppers) for a lovely crunch
Apples with peanut butter (protein and fiber)
