So im 16 / 255 lbs ( sad, ik ) / 5'11
-
I've recently started exercising for an hr a day ( cardio mainly on a treadmill ), lifting weights, and reducing my intake by at least above 500 a day. At this rate, will I be able to at least drop around 30 lbs by 5 months ( september )?

Got something to prove!!
I'm 29, weigh 190 and my goal is 135. I'm tired of my
yo-yoing weight for the past 7 years. I've struggled my whole life with self confidence/esteem issues and feel very determined to prove I can finally reach my goal!! It's gonna take a lot of small changes and determination but I'm tired of being a quitter. Any tips, advise, support is greatly appreciated. It's hard when you feel you got a lot to prove but your going at it alone!!!

Are bananas good for losing weight? Like are they good on a diet? 1-2 a day?

I feel so bad
so I made some macaron shells and I had like four left over and they were about to go bad and I felt bad if I just tossed it, so I ate it. now I feel so guilty for eating sugar because I know it's bad for you. but I walked 12000 steps today which I burned 400 calories and didn't much other stuff today. I was wonderig if this one day of sugar eating is baf. and also wondering if sugar amount or calorie amount is more important. I am 17, 5'1", and 132 lbs

Cutting out soda
i used to drink like 2-4 cans of mountain dew a DAY! let me tell you, that im not very happy with myself for wasting money on such a sugary drink. i recently switched over to cherry coke zero, which isnt as good as mountain dew, but its alot better than where my calories use go. i probably drink 1-2 cans a day now, probably still equally bad, just with no calories. but i cant help myself! basically, should i cut it out completely? or maybe limit myself to like 3 cans a week? ( 1 every other day)

Took 14" off my waist!
So, I changed to a new doctor two years ago and when he came in to the room with my file, the first thing he said to me was "How long have you been obese?" Well, he isn't my personal physician anymore, but that was the spark I needed. I used MyPlate to go keto and the fat just melted off. My kids used to call me the "Aging athlete in a fat suit" since I am a very dedicated gym rat, but now the fat suit is gone, my BP is normal, I sleep great and feel fantastic. I also get a lot of complements on the fact that at 65 I have 'abs' that aren't just because I am anemic looking. The absolute best medicine is a proper diet and exercise. I don't do keto anymore, but I do limit carbs and only eat whole foods, no sugar, low salt. I hardly starve myself and I eat well--there is no excuse when a doctor asks you that question.

update!!! PROGRESS!!
The past few days have gone really well for me! I can already see a difference and I feel healthier. Last night, I had this overwhelming urge to binge on ice cream. Multiple times, I sat in front of the freezer wanting to give in to my disorder. I told myself I will binge tomorrow. Telling myself that has helped a lot, "I will binge tomorrow," because when tomorrow rolls around, I tell myself the same thing. It's like when people say "I'll eat better tomorrow," but they never do. I say "I'll binge tomorrow," but I never do. Thank you all for having hope in me!

I'm overweight?
I'm 47 kg which is a bit underweight for my age, nothing major or alarming though! I still look fat. I have big thighs and a round stomach. I want to get rid of the extra fat, but my weight is already normal... Can I still workout to lose the fat?

Weightloss Journey
My journey of weight loss started like a couple of weeks ago. I have been trying to eat healthy with a little bit of workout
Today I decided to really change my habits
I started with a 5 min workout in the morning, healthy eating till now, and 3.2 liters of water!
Hope my day will finish as healthy as it started
If you are starting your journey too, GOOD LUCK!!!!

Stomach Fat!!
Hi Everyone!! I weigh 150 pounds and I am 5'4. However, I am not satisfied with where my weight has been distributed. All of my weight goes to my lower half, but mainly my lower stomach. I am looking for ways to help decrease my trouble zone. It is not too severe, but I would like to slim down this area and eventually reach my long life goal of having a toned abdomen. If anyone has any suggestions or recommendations (diet, excersise, what to do, what not to do) please let me know. Thank you!!
