Week 3 Workout Plan | Program 3 | Sleek/Strong With Rachel Cosgrove

For week 3 of my program, it's really time to dig deep and get focused! Be sure to increase the weight on at least one of the first two exercises, really pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. Do this routine 2 to 3 times this week, alternating the first circuit, and you'll be amazed at the results!
