10-Minute Stir Fry

10-Minute Stir Fry

Get a delicious dose of protein and vitamin-packed veggies by whipping up a stir-fry in less than 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 3/4 cup Cooked Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli, Chopped
  • 1/4 medium White Onion
  • 0 cup Peppers, Sweet, Red
  • 0 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tsp Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS

1 Heat oil in pan over high heat.
2 Once oil begins to heat up, add broccoli, onion, and red peppers. Let cook for 3 minutes. Stir veggies to prevent sticking to pan.
3 Next, add cooked chicken and mushrooms to vegetable mix and continue to stir to keep from sticking to sides/bottom of pan.
4 Once veggies have softened and meat warmed, top with sauce of your choice (pre-mixed from store or soy sauce) and let cook for 1 more minute, completely mixing all veggies/meat.
5 You can serve with precooked brown rice or minute rice.
