Get a delicious dose of protein and vitamin-packed veggies by whipping up a stir-fry in less than 10 minutes.
INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup Cooked Chicken Breast

1/2 cup Broccoli, Chopped

1/4 medium White Onion

1/4 cup Peppers, Sweet, Red

1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
-
2 tsp Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS

Heat oil in pan over high heat.

Once oil begins to heat up, add broccoli, onion, and red peppers. Let cook for 3 minutes. Stir veggies to prevent sticking to pan.

Next, add cooked chicken and mushrooms to vegetable mix and continue to stir to keep from sticking to sides/bottom of pan.

Once veggies have softened and meat warmed, top with sauce of your choice (pre-mixed from store or soy sauce) and let cook for 1 more minute, completely mixing all veggies/meat.

You can serve with precooked brown rice or minute rice.
