This smoothie is a great way to get an extra burst of energy before you work out.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 4 serving One Strawberry
  • 1/3 cup Pinapple
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 scoop Pre-Workout Energizer Acai Berry
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water, Organic
  • 1/2 cup 100% Juice, Acai Berry
  • 2 cups ice

DIRECTIONS

1 In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the ice.
2 Add ice to about one inch above the liquid line.
3 Blend on high speed until smooth.
