This smoothie is a great way to get an extra burst of energy before you work out.
INGREDIENTS

4 serving One Strawberry

1/3 cup Pinapple

1/4 cup blueberries

1 scoop Pre-Workout Energizer Acai Berry

1/2 cup Coconut Water, Organic

1/2 cup 100% Juice, Acai Berry

2 cups ice
DIRECTIONS

In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the ice.

Add ice to about one inch above the liquid line.

Blend on high speed until smooth.
