Berries, yogurt and cinnamon - a delicious snack for anytime.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 11

  • 1 scoop Essential Protein Powder Wild Strawberry
  • 6 oz Greek Yogurt - Plain
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

1 Greek yogurt is a great base for so many recipes. This is a great way to have dessert - guilt free and packed with protein.
2 If you want to jazz it up feel free to throw in some fresh strawberries to get some more fruit into your diet.
3 Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and then transfer to a serving dish.
4 Garnish with strawberries.
