Almond Butter Stuffed Dates

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 2 Whole Fresh Dates
  • 2 tbsp Natural Almond Butter
  • 1/2 oz Cacao Nibs

DIRECTIONS

1 Remove the pit from the Medjool dates.
2 Stuff the dates with 2 tablespoons of almond or peanut butter (1 tablespoon in each) and 2 teaspoons of raw cacao nibs (1 teaspoon in each).
3 You can also substitute peanut butter for almond butter or mini chocolate chips for the cacao nibs.
