Asparagus and Avocado Wrap

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1/2 cup Brown Rice, Whole Grain
  • 1 cup Asparagus, Steamed
  • 1 thin Avocado Slices 2-3

DIRECTIONS

1 Dressing: Mix 1 Tbsp limejuice, 1 tsp cilantro, and 1 tsp green onion and ? tsp garlic
2 Spread rice over 1 whole-wheat flour tortilla, top with asparagus, avocado & shredded carrots. Drizzle dressing over veggies.
3 Top with 1 Tbsp Greek Yogurt or reduced fat sour cream
