INGREDIENTS

SERVES 4

  • 4 cups Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate Arils
  • 1/4 cup Goat Cheese Crumbles
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds(salted-toasted)
  • 1/4 cup Walnut
  • 1/4 cup Raspberry Vinegarette Dressing

DIRECTIONS

1 SUGGESTION: Try this recipe with un-salted pumpkin seeds to cut back on sodium.
2 Place first 5 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
3 Top with dressing and toss to coat. 3. Divide evenly between 4 salad bowls.
