INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1/2 cup Black Beans
  • 1/4 cup Avocados
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 dash Black Pepper
  • 1 Whole Grain Tortillas

DIRECTIONS

1 Rinse black beans.
2 Juice lemon half.
3 In a bowl, combine black beans, avocado, lemon juice, and pepper.
4 Once combined, spread bean mixture in tortilla and roll into burrito.
5 This is an easy and delicious dinner recipe. Perfect for anyone on-the-go.
