After spreading with a heart-friendly Hass avocado mixture, you’ll accessorize these tartines with natural prosciutto (a little goes a long way!), cantaloupe, black pepper and fresh basil leaves.
INGREDIENTS

1 medium avocado

1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

1 pinch sea salt

2 slice 7 Grain Sourdough Whole Wheat Bread

1 oz Natural Prosciutto
-
1/3 cup Cantaloupe
-
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

10 Fresh Basil Leaves
DIRECTIONS

Peel, pit and mash the avocado.

In a small bowl, mash together the avocado, lemon juice, and salt.

Spread the avocado mixture onto the bread slices. Arrange on each the prosciutto, cantaloupe, and basil.
