INGREDIENTS

2 slice 7 Grain Sourdough Whole Wheat Bread

1 medium avocado

1 tsp 100% Lemon Juice

1/4 tsp sea salt

1 stalk scallion(s)

1 red bell pepper
-
1 tsp Dill Weed, Fresh

1 dash ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS

Roast the pepper and slice.

Toast the bread.

Slightly mash together the avocado, lemon juice, and salt; stir in the scallion. Spread onto the toast. (Note: Ideally, the avocado mixture should be chunky, not smooth.)

Arrange the bell pepper slices on top of the toasts. Sprinkle with the dill and black pepper.
