Balsamic Grilled Grape Skewers with Goat Cheese

Pair grilled red grape skewers with aged balsamic vinegar and crumbled goat cheese for a dessert that's as tasty as it is elegant. (Photo: Jackie Newgent)

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 2

  • 1 package Grapes, Red, Seedless
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soft goat cheese

DIRECTIONS

1 Preheat a grill or grill-pan over medium-high.
2 Arrange the grapes onto four (8- to 10-inch) skewers. (If desired, spritz grapes with cooking spray to help prevent sticking to grill.)
3 Grill the grape skewers, rotating as needed, until grill marks form, about 6 to 8 minutes total.
4 Arrange the skewers onto a platter, sprinkle with the vinegar and goat cheese, and serve. (Hint! Optional garnish: fresh basil leaves.)
