INGREDIENTS

1 package Grapes, Red, Seedless

2 tsp balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp soft goat cheese
DIRECTIONS

Preheat a grill or grill-pan over medium-high.

Arrange the grapes onto four (8- to 10-inch) skewers. (If desired, spritz grapes with cooking spray to help prevent sticking to grill.)

Grill the grape skewers, rotating as needed, until grill marks form, about 6 to 8 minutes total.

Arrange the skewers onto a platter, sprinkle with the vinegar and goat cheese, and serve. (Hint! Optional garnish: fresh basil leaves.)
