Here's a better, no-added sugar version that contains branched chain amino acids (BCAAs).

10 g Bcaa 5000 Powder

4 oz water

2 cups ice
DIRECTIONS

Mix 10 grams of flavored BCAA powder in 4 ounces of water until completely dissolved.

Add BCAA mixture to a blender with 2 cups of ice.

Blend until ice is crushed to desired consistency.
