INGREDIENTS
SERVES 1

1 serving Raw Red Beet (small)

1/2 cup raspberries

1/2 cup Strawberries
-
1/2 banana
-
1/4 cup Pineapple, Fresh

2 cups water
-
1 tsp Fresh Ginger Root
DIRECTIONS

Slice the beet bulb in half. Remove leaves from the stems (Optional).

Cut the beet stems into small pieces (or simply run them through a juicer). Place the beet stem pieces (or the juice) in the blender until liquefied.

Add the remaining ingredients; raspberries, strawberries, bananas and filtered or coconut water and blend until all ingredients are cohesive. Enjoy!

TIP: I highly recommend you add the beet leaves to this smoothie. If not, then save them and add them to a salad or an entrée because they too are packed with nutrients.
