Best Part of the Workout Smoothie

This is my go to smoothie. I have been making variations of this for years. This is my most recent iteration.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 2

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries (frozen)
  • 1/2 Banana, Raw, Small
  • 4 medium Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 scoop Whey Protein (vanilla)
  • 3 oz Ice Water
  • 1/2 cup Ice

DIRECTIONS

1 In a blender - I use an Oster Personal Blender that doubles as a drink cup!
2 Add in this order...Only because having the liquid on the bottom is better.
3 Almond Milk
4 Blueberries
5 Banana
6 Strawberries
7 Whey Protein
8 Ice Water
9 Ice
10 Blend.
11 You may need to adjust and add a little more water or a little more ice depending on the preference of thickness you like in your smoothies.
12 This is delicious!
