INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1/3 cup cooked bulgur
  • 1/3 cup canned black beans
  • 1 dash salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

1 Toss bulgur with black beans. Season to taste with salt and black pepper and serve.
