INGREDIENTS

2 pcs Organic Black Mission Figs

8 Whole Grain Crackers

1/3 cup Low-fat Ricotta Cheese
DIRECTIONS

Remove the stems from the fig and cut into 4 slices each.

Top each cracker (such as Mary’s Gone Crackers) with the ricotta, then the fig slices.

Add salt to taste, if desired.

Optional Add-on: Honey and/or aged balsamic vinegar.
