Blueberry, Cucumber and Green Tea Smoothie

Incredibly refreshing, this purple smoothie exudes tart and earthy flavors from fresh lime juice and green tea. It also includes blueberries, which help banish belly fat. Plus, green tea contains catechins, which help speed up metabolism and increase the release of fat from fat cells, particularly those in the belly.



  • 3/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Green Tea
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 4 Ice Cube


1 In a blender, combine the frozen blueberries, chopped cucumber, unsweetened green tea, lime juice, honey and ice and blend until smooth.
2 Pour the mixture into a glass and serve immediately.
