Brie and Egg Breakfast Bun

A whole-grain or sprouted-grain bun is stuffed with a free-range egg, a little bit of Brie (real cheese!) and lemon juice-splashed baby arugula.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1/2 tsp Butter, Natural, Unsalted
  • 1 Free Range Egg
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1 Whole Grain Hamburger Bun
  • 1 oz Brie
  • 1/2 cup Organic Baby Arugula
  • 1/2 tsp LEMON Juice, Fresh Squeezed

DIRECTIONS

1 Melt the butter in a large nonstick (PFOA-free) skillet over medium-high heat. Add the egg and fry until desired doneness, such as over-easy, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with the salt.
2 Place the brie onto the bottom portion of the bun. Top with the egg, arugula, lemon juice, and bun top.
