A whole-grain or sprouted-grain bun is stuffed with a free-range egg, a little bit of Brie (real cheese!) and lemon juice-splashed baby arugula.
INGREDIENTS

1/2 tsp Butter, Natural, Unsalted

1 Free Range Egg

1/8 tsp sea salt

1 Sprouted Wheat Hamburger Buns

1 oz Brie
-
1/2 cup Organic Baby Arugula

1/2 tsp LEMON Juice, Fresh Squeezed
DIRECTIONS

Melt the butter in a large nonstick (PFOA-free) skillet over medium-high heat. Add the egg and fry until desired doneness, such as over-easy, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with the salt.

Place the brie onto the bottom portion of the bun. Top with the egg, arugula, lemon juice, and bun top.
