Buffalo Cauliflower

Buffalo Cauliflower

Whether you're vegetarian or simply want a healthier alternative to high-fat buffalo wings, use cauliflower as a substitute for chicken wings.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 5

  • 1 Cauliflower (medium)
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Quinoa Flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 dash Salt*
  • 3 tbsp Original Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 dash sea salt

DIRECTIONS

1 Preheat oven to 450.
2 Chop cauliflower into florets.
3 Combine in a bowl 1 tsp of hot sauce, flour and water.
4 Mix florets into the batter until evenly coated and place on baking sheets coated with cooking oil.
5 Bake in oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the coating hardens.
6 While cauliflower is baking, combine remaining hot sauce, oil and sea salt. Use as a dipping sauce for the "wings".
